Terms of Service

Effective date: 1 November 2026

1. BioOS Mail Sync is an internal tool of BIO AKTIV DOOEL Skopje and its affiliated companies. Only account holders authorized by the company may connect a mailbox.
2. By granting access, the account holder confirms that the mailbox is a company mailbox and that they are authorized to connect it.
3. The tool only reads the source mailbox and adds copies to the central company mailbox; it does not send email on anyone's behalf.
4. Access can be revoked at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. The company may suspend or end the tool at any time.
5. The tool is provided as is, without warranty, to the extent permitted by law.
6. Data handling is described in the Privacy Policy.
7. These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of North Macedonia.
